Your post makes me nostalgic for the air travel days of my youth. We actually used to get dressed up to go on a plane. I also remember those neatly packaged meals fondly. I was partial to the trays with the multiple compartments, like the little square for the little square of cake. (Of course, I also remember that the little squares of cake tended to look nicer than they tasted...)
